pumpkin,coconut, brown sugur mask
Although pumpkin is a favorite on the fall dessert table, it’s also great for your
skin. It’s filled with nutrients, including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and
beta-carotene. Pumpkin is also great because it draws the other nutrients deeper
into your skin for more beneficial results.

ingredients deeply penetrate your skin.
2 teaspoons pumpkin purée
1 tablespoon coconut milk
½ teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon clay (optional, for additional pore cleaning)
1. In a bowl or mini chop, combine all the ingredients and mix till smooth. If you choose to add the clay,
add an additional ½ teaspoon of coconut milk.
2. Transfer to an airtight container.
TO USE: Apply 1–2 teaspoons of the mask to your face, starting at the bottom of your neck and spreading
upward, avoiding the eyes, nostrils, and lips. Leave on for 5–15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
STORAGE: Store in the refrigerator for 1–2 weeks. You can also prepare several applications and freeze in
single-serving portions for up to 4–8 months.
