Smoked Salmon And Brie Sandwich
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat English muffin, sliced
- 2 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 ounce Brie cheese, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chopped chives
- ½ tsp. chopped capers
- 1 large egg
Directions:
- 1. Preheat the breakfast sandwich maker.
- 2. Place half of the English muffin, cut-side up, inside the bottom tray
- of the sandwich maker.
- 3. Top the muffin with the salmon, chopped brie, chives and capers.
- 4. Slide the egg tray into place and crack the egg into it. Use a fork to
- stir the egg, just breaking the yolk.
- 5. Place the second half of the English muffin on top of the egg. Close
- the sandwich maker and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the egg is
- cooked through carefully rotate the egg tray out of the sandwich maker then open the sandwich maker to enjoy your sandwich
